Normal temps for I7 4770K HASWELL ?

I recently built my new system with a z87-Pro and 4770K haswell cpu.

Ambient temp is at 19C and the cpu on idle is at 21C. Is that normal ?

Sounds pretty low to me and I would think it is so low that it is a bad reading.

After upgrading the BIOS version it still displays the same temps.

What gives ?

If that is the real temp then I am happy about it but I seem to be in disbeleif about such a low number.

THANKs guys!!

Solution
If you have good air flow, low ambient, Idle, no OCs then I would say its reading right.

Run a stress test like Prim95 for 30mins and use HWMonitor to read the temps, then tell us what the max temps are on all cores.

CoreTEMP and CPU-Z both say the same temps.

I know but 3 C above ambient is pretty unreal....

Doesn't all these softwares HWmonitor, coretemp, etc all use the bios temp info ?

Thank you
