how do i disable USB 3.0 in bios?

i'm trying to install windows 8 but it says its not compatible with Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver and have to uninstall it manually before i can install windows 8 (from windows 7)
but i cant find Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver anywhere.

If you use win7 now, you need uninstall the intel UBS3.0 controller driver before installing the upgrade to win8/8.1. After that you should be fine. Windows 8/8.1 has a native in-box USB 3.0 driver.
