Need a power supply but only have 45$

So i need a psu that can run this for (apparently mis counted and now i only have 45$ left for the psu) 45$ ( after all discount including rebates )
on newegg i saw this : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153167 and its 40$ after rebates, is it good enough to run my setup if not can you guy show me one thats within my budget that will run this setup? :) thanks in advance. :D

Not really recommended to go cheap on your power supply since it is the thing that powers all that expensive hardware ;-) nor would i recommend the power supply you have selected.

I'd recommend a power supply that is 80 plus certified. Weather its bronze, silver or gold certified you should be good to go. This one is a little more but has a mail in rebate that makes it $50:
