First Gaming Build Help!

So about a week ago I recently got a job and instead of getting some crappy next gen console I would love to get a $1000/$1100 Intel Gaming PC that can play Battlefield 4 and Skyrim on Ultra/High Setting @ a least 60FPS

Note:Keep in mind I'm only 17 making minimum wage so the budget is tight lol
