Will an Arctic Fusion 550R 500W PSU power my PC?

I need to get a new PSU for my PC. I can get a really good deal on this one:
Arctic Fusion 550R

It's a Core I5 2500
2x 4GB DDR3 1333 Ram
MSI Z77 G43 Motherboard
MSI Radeon 7850
3x SATA Hard Drives
4x Case Fans

Reading up on it, I see that internally it's a Seasonic made PSU, similar to the Corsair VX-450.
It does have a few shortcomings, like the fact that all of the SATA connectors are on one cable, but I'm able to work around that.

Since I'll be mounting the PSU at the top of my case, the short CPU power connector won't be a problem. My only concern is that it only has a 4-pin connector for CPU power and my motherboard has an 8-pin.

So in summary, I just want to confirm whether this PSU is sufficient to power my machine, an whether the fact that it only has a 4-pin CPU connector will be a problem.

Thanks in advance.
