nice build ...
you will be able to play on high settings at 1080p smoothly...
but maybe you could consider to save some money and buy cheaper case in order to get even better graphics card...

Solid build. 270 and a higher-end 8000 series AMD processor will pack some heat :)

No! Don't buy a cheaper case. While it seems smart in the short-run, it is a mistake in the long-run ;)  Go with a nice case and you never have to worry about getting a new one ever again. The more expensive ones are usually the biggest- getting a Full Tower case for a little more money will fit graphics cards MUCH easier than mid tower cases :o

How is the NZXT source 530 for a case? it is full tower also may i ask another question. If i do not buy the CPU cooler shown will the included one be sufficient or is it a better decision in the long run?

The included CPU cooler is good enough. And the NZXT source 530 is ok, but NZXT cases don't work well with other brand fans FYI
