Hey. I built my pc roughly 2.8 yrs ago, and about a yr ago while I was on it, it froze up. I ended up turning it off and couldn't get it to come back on.

Recently I've gotten 3 Cpu RMA's, 2 Mobo RMA'S. and about to get a PSU rma.

My problem is. I turn on my computer, I've got 4 green LED lights on (Solid), and one red led light, sometimes it's on my CPU LED, and sometimes it's on my VGA LED. Also I should note, that my monitor stays black and says "DVI No signal" or sometimes it says "VGA no signal"

I installed ROG Connect on another computer and the RC Poster tells me either "CPU Initial" or "Load VGA Bios"

I already contacted AMD / ASUS on their respected parts, and they told me to send it in, because they're bad, so I did, and the problem still persists.

Is this a PSU problem or really a graphic card problem?

I'd really appreciate a response, thank you.

My specs are; ASUS Crosshair IV Formula 890FX
AMD Phenom II X6 3.2GHz
G.Skill 8GB 1333
Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
Corsair HX 750w

Solution
on the right side of the motherboard witch of the led stay on the post state one also this board have 4 pci-e slot did you try your gpu in the other check if the onboard led are in normal settings .
with the mb and cpu outside the mb use one ram stick and a know good video card. also check on the mb they sent you that you have the newest bios installed. if you dont have the right bios on the mb your mb wont post. also make sure that the 4/8 pin power plug is connected.

I have everything connected, and I don't quite understand your response. Are you saying I should get a different graphics card and try it? or cpu/mobo? I can't exactly do that as I don't have duplicates...

About 10 minutes ago I did in fact get the mobo to post, then the pc froze afterwards. I shut it off and turned it back on, and black screen still.

I have sent a request RMA for my graphics card though. So I guess I'll just hope a new one fixes this problem.
