BF3 not playing smooth

Well this is weird. BF3 is not smooth however. Hmm. How to explain it. Micro stutter! As you are playing. It does not feel right and smooth. I run BF3 on Ultra with no form of any AA and motion blur off. Its certainly not my cpu.. I also tried turning off ambient occlusion with in the game. i play on a 17 inch CRT monitor

i5-3470 @60Ghz
Sapphire HD 7870 XT 2GB
4 GB DDr3 KingstonValue Ram
Windows 7 32 bit

Its windows trust me, your only able to properly use 2ish GB of your ram and not even all of your gpu ram since your gpu ram is included in the 4GB 32 bit address limit.

I have 8GB and windows on desktop with other crap will sit happily at 1.5GB before opening a browser.

@ mauller 07, thank you, but I'm not exactly sure where the problem is because i have the beta driver 13.11 not the 13.9 ..plus the game only uses 1.5 GB of ram..and i notice that there are a room left for ram when playing..So I'm not sure is it because of the windows or the Driver
