Is 4GB RAM soldered to motherboard and a 2GB RAM chip considered dual channel?

Im looking into buying a ACER V5-552.

it has a AMD Radeon HD 8650G, which I hear is a lot better with dual channel RAM.

The ACER V5-552 has 4GBs of RAM soldered to the motherboard and one port with 2GBs of RAM that can be upgraded.

does this count as dual channel RAM?

Thanks

I guess it would be, but you have to find matching RAM with same speeds, latency, timings, all that fun stuff. But other than that it should work. But personally, I do not feel like it is too reliable.
