Reset the BIOS to defaults too. What is the brand and model of the PSU?
You could have a RAM problem. Pull all but one stick. Once you get the OS installed, you can test your sticks individually with memtest86+.
What drives are in it? Do they check out? What graphics card(s)? Brand and model of PSU?
The quickest way to load Windows might be to remove the graphics card(s) and just use the IGP, then add it/them back afterwards.

BIOS reset, PSU model unknown, purchased 4 years ago. Wont stay up long enough to do just about anything. Might be a PSU problem now that i think about it, but I dont have another one to test. The ram is brand new and could be the problem but doubt it, Windows 8 continuously getting corrupted because of all the crashes... re-installed windows 15 to 20 times in the past three day on multiple hard drives and multiple configurations.
Thanks for your help,
Will keep you informed of progress.
