asrock z87 pro 3 for overclocking (i5 4670k)

Hi guys,

'jus wanna hear it from you how does this board performs in overclocking ( can it reach 4.2 ghz without any problem?) there are just few forums with these topic, so please your help is greatly appreciated.

in addition here are my PC specs:
ASRock Z87 Pro3
Intel Core i5-4670K 
Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
Ram Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1866 CL9
Sapphire r9-280x Dual-x OC 3gb gdr5 384 bit
Samsung 840 Evo Series 120 gb SATA
Toshiba 500gb HDD
Corsair GS600 600w CMPSU-600GS Psu
Antec one Hundred

will the said parts co-exist with each other?

    asrock lower end boards are not very good for overclocking...
    you would fair better with some cheap Z87 board from gigabyte
    Z87-D3HP has better quality VRM components for overclocking...
    however you would probably reach 4,3/4,4GHz on both of them without any problems...
    but in terms of longevity gigabyte will be the better option...

    and the parts chosen by you will all work fine together...
    cpu cooler will be a very tight fit...

  3. yes , yet the ATX version of this board is better (it has more power phases) ...
    but any of them will overclock your cpu just fine ...

    the Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H is a small mobo. can it accommodate all the parts above without a problem, my primary concern is the ram cpu and the vid card
