Might or might not, any time you mix DRAM can be problematic, even with the same exact sticks/sets, also if 1600 or better, XMP won't work as it's programmed by the packaged set (for the number of sticks in a package), with lower freq DRAM like 1600 and under it's a decent possibility, but still basically a crapshoot, higher freq DRAM can be much worse - see people here everyday with mixed DRAM that doesn't play together
