I need a PC that will be very fast at using photoshop, illustrator, web design and web browsing and nothing else. I was thinking to get something with intel Xeon with 4 cores in it, am I looking the wrong way formy need oris it the right thing?
What else except ram and cpu is important for my tasks?
I need PC that will be extremely good at those simple tasks thats all, I dont need any extra power that wont be ever used (this PC would be only for work).

THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING!

Go for I7 4770, GTX 650 and up or AMD HD R7-260 and up, 16/24/32 GB of RAM and a compulsory SSD for temp files. Ever since Photoshop started using GPU acceleration, the mainstream platform + a good video card would beat a higher end CPU alone.

A Xeon isn't a bad choice for what you are wanting to do. Photoshop and illustrator especially. Keep in mind that many of the Xeon's do not have IGP, so you will have to buy a dedicated GPU of some sort. The exception to this rule is the 1245 v3. To be honest, an ivy based 1230v2 and a little HD 5450 is good enough for your needs.
