In my Task Manager there is alot of processes running but there not using like any cpu. No applications running but there is some procceses.

My Card is factory overclocked. I tried overclocking couple weeks ago but decides not to because of artifacts and it seemed to downclock even though my temps were 70 C.

Once again It is factory overclocked so Superclocked version of card.

You need to max everything out and set to 8x AA, no one uses custom presets. A 680 on Unigine Valley should get about 40-45FPS depending on overclock.
