What graphics card shall I get ?

I am really stuck between the EVGA GTX 770 SC 2GB and the Radeon R9 280x, I will be playing games such as battlefield 4 and looking to play on ultra and able to record with a stable fps (basically for gaming) I am looking more on the Radeon as I have a amd cpu..but I am unsure

my specs are -

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD fx8350
PSU: corsair 600w
RAM: gskill 8gb

My brother and I both recently upgraded our computers. I went with a 280x and he went with a 770. I have a 1920x1080 monitor and it handles it on ultra fine, even though I play on high because I think it looks better there for some reason. I've been a bit of a nvidia fan boy my life, but I went with a 280x because of the increased VRAM and bandwidth over a 770 and saved $30. Both will handle the game fine, but with recording and stuff like that, the VRAM couldn't hurt. I'd recommend the 280x Sapphire Vapor or Toxic, depending how much you want to spend.
