Okay, well out of good faith I'm going to give you some ideas why it might be so hot (Everyone's right though, you need to provide more information).
1. Have you overclocked it? Overclocking leads to higher temperatures.
2. Is your CPU cooler (the big fan thing in the middle of your motherboard) all covered in dust?
3. Do you even have a CPU cooler?
4. Was the CPU cooler poorly installed?
5. Did you use thermal paste?
6. Have your purposefully overvolted your CPU?
7. Do you have a faulty/bad/old Power Supply?
8. What is your CPU? Your CPU might just run that hot anyway. Although that seems unlikely.
9. Are those temperatures on load? Or were they taken at idle?
10. What is your CPU's load? (Check with task manager. What percentage does it say?)
That's the best I can give you with so little to go on. Answer those questions and we'll be on the track to solving your problem.
