No. The board is an AM3+ Socket. Your CPU is an LGA1155 Socket. It wont. AMD and INTEL are different 
I suggest go for AMD FX 8350

The FX-8350 is the best CPU for you. I agree.
Be aware the motherboard BIOS must be updated, so you need a CPU already to do that if the BIOS isn't currently v1502 or greater.
You didn't say if the board was in an existing functioning computer. If it's a board someone gave you, then you need to find out how new the BIOS is or it might not work with the FX-8350.

Yes it is simple to install it. Just remove the cuurent cpu cooler. Remove the CPU. Replace with the 8350, apply thermal paste then mount the CPU fan.
If you will be using the old fan, clean it then apply a new thermal paste.
