Their design seems almost identical to the naked eye with the exception that the U3 supports USB 3.0. It's also going for cheaper than the USB 2.0 version on Newegg currently. I'm just wondering if there's anything negative I should know about either before buying one of them. They both seem to have positive reviews, but there's always a chance that one (or both) of them might have problems.
