I am overclocking an integrated GPU from 450mhz core to 614.3mhz and it's been stable for a few days in average temperature and only 41-59*C does not get over 60* C no matter what
I am running windows vista with this hardware

2GB system ram
Nvidia ION 614.3mhz core 1066.0mhz memory 1250.0mhz shader

1.6ghz intel atom hyperthreading 2 cores (one physical core)

And a decent hard drive
I can run Crysis 2 on low settings without too much problems and I'm still pwning noobs on rooftop gardens

I am just wondering if this is a stable overclock since (there are no artifacts and no overheating issues and it never crashes)

More about : safe overclock

No never overclock integrated chips, its seems all nice to you its cool but its going to die out and your display wont work, why we dont overclock integrated is because of heat, the PCI-E GPU's have fans on them (most) and thats what cools then also they are compatible with other cooler like a liquid one and this makes it safe to overclock those and I suggest you to put it back to original settings

Although it should be okay, that is a 36% OC which quite a bit
With a 1.6GHz CPU it will only do so much anyway
