I recently built a 450$ budget pc and it was my first time building and I didn't really take care of my parts cause I touched motherboard pins and graphic card pins and etc. Anyways, after 5 hours of building I finally finished but when I tried turning it on nothing ran and a little bit of smoke came out of my psu and I was scared because I thought my psu was broken. I rebuilt 3 times and it still doesn't run. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my system?

Parts:
CPU: Intel Pentium G2020 2.9Ghz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 Ghz OC Edition
PSU: Corsair CX430M(modular)
RAM: Adata XPG 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz
MOTHERBOARD: ASrock H61M-DGS
CASE: NZXT Source 210
STORAGE: Hitachi 3.5 500GB 7200RPM
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit software full version(not yet installed)

Check if all the wires are plugged in like the CPU 4 pin and the motherboard one also you do realize that the 7770GHz is being bottleneck by that old Pentium... its not GURD
