This is a list of the reasons that I believe these parts are perfect for the scenario
AMD FX-8320 (future-proof cpu that fits in my budget
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P (has all the feautres that i need
G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) (best cheapest ram that I could find that is good)
Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid (better performance than a regular hdd (he will be using the computer for more than just gaming as a personal computer) and doesn't "break the budget"
MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card(BANG FOR BUCK AWESOMENESS)
NZXT Source 210 (has good airflow and nice value)
Corsair CX 600W(enough wattage and corsair quality
If I should change this, let me know why and if it will still fit into my budget. Remember it has to have windows with it
