download or open your motherboard cd that came with the motherboard on it will be a owners guild wiht a pdf file of where the wires go.
to help you with the mb pointed the right way into the case. on the outside edge is an eight pin power plug.
near the cpu will be one or two cpu fan plugs four pins. it say cpu_fan cpu_fan1 or opti_fan. put the cpu fan on fan_0 or cpu_fan.
the case fans will plug into system_fan plugs.
your satas ports will have number starting from 0-6. put the hard drive or ssd on port 0. the next hard drive or ssd on port 1. then the cd-rom on port 2. some motherboard have 3 party sata chipset make sure your on the intel ports.
on one edge will be the 24 pin atx power.
on the outside edge most times is the cmos clear jumper.firewire or 13xx port.. usb 3.0 and 2.0 ports and the mb power/reset/hard drive case header and front sound header.
the hard drive and power led wires should have a plus and or - n one of the wires. on the mb guild it should you what pins are the plus and neg pins. if you put the led on the wrong pins they wont light up.

from msi photo...the bottom of the photo by msi brick logo..sata 6g ports...system 3 fan...usb 3.0 the blue port for front usb header for cases that have usb 3.0 case ports. 24 pin atx power plug.
