1.what should i buy? worthiness for pay more money?
650 tib = 156$
660 = 200$

2. it will bottleneck with my cpu ?

660 and 650Ti boost less delta performance is around 10% with fast processor..
it'll be less than 5% with your processor..
that's why i said you'll not notice it..

but..650Ti and 7770 have more than 30% delta performance..
well, we can assume with your processor, you'll see around 20%-25%..it's noticeable..

So, even you have a rather weak quad core processor, but 650Ti boost will give you more performance boost rather than 7770..
