For battlefield 4; Would you guys recommend ultra settings at about 45fps or medium/high settings at about 60fps? Is the ultra a huge deal for pc gaming? Thanks guys

Well, that's completely up to you.
Do you play multiplayer or single player?
Do you consider yourself a good player, with really fast reflexes?

In my case, i would go for better graphics, as I don't really consider that amount of fps to be a big difference, but many people here, specially multiplayer shooter gamers, will probably think otherwise.

It's all up to what you enjoy the most. I'd say, just try one setting for a few hours, then try the other setting, and see what you like the most.
