New build for Blender

My budget is around 50,000 Rupees. My priority is FX 8350 black edition and it's price is 13,799 Rupees And I don't want any msi products .This Build is for Gaming and Blender Cycles.Also do I need after market cooler or stick with the cooler that comes with this processor.I don't overclock but I heard this processor is pretty much hot when on full load.Any advice ?
