For an extra 20 bucks I can get the i7 4770k over the i5 4670k. For gaming primarily I may stream in the future. I will be using multiple monitors. I play a lot of MMOs I know they tend to use the cpu more. I play all the top hardcore games as well Battlefield 4, Metro last light. I will be playing The Witcher 3, Destiny and Watch Dogs soon as well. Just trying to give you as much info as possiable because I don't know where the extra cpu power will help.

its worth the extra $20. i hear some newer games are starting to take advantage of hyperthreading.

Well the i7 is a better cpu then the 4670 k but a lot of folks use I 5 for gaming because it seems to be the best for it.
