The Unit 731 is a modded sheet of vinyl....
The lights on the fans hmmmm.... you get different fans with different lights these days... you'll just need to google around for them....

Get some good cold cathodes to go with whatever colored stuff you have on the inside....
Some nice shiny accessories might make it look flashy and give you all the eye candy you might want, but, keep in mind the aesthetics of the whole rig....

Basically it all depends on what color theme you pick, what colors are already present in the rig and what can be further emphasized... or what all you can highlight inside without spoiling the actual look.... or overdoing it.
