Hello! i'm having some issues resetting my pc since upgrading to 8.1
sorry for the following links, i'm new here so i will be posting external links to screenshots...
(not sure how to put in screenshots here, and sorry if this is against the rules, i haven't found the rules anywhere so..)
The reason i want to reset my pc is because i believe i have some corrupted files of some kind, programs not opening, games suddenly stop opening.. I've re-installed them, re-installed direct x.. no luck.
When i try and reset my pc, i get this error.. http://prntscr.com/2924tz
i've used the cmd command sfc /scannow to try and fix any files... no luck
now what most of you will probably think, "oh well just put the disk in bla bla bla" well i don't have the disk. i got my copy from the Microsoft store. the shops around my area had 0 copies of any kind of windows! ZERO COPIES! so this was my only option.
basically i just need a way to reset my pc, thanks.
