Okay so before I used to log into my computer and the desktop and everything would show up normally. Then all of a sudden, sometimes it would just boot into a black screen with a moving cursor. Now it always boots into the black screen with a cursor. I usually just go to task manager by hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del and then I go to the processes tab and right click one of them and then click "open file location". I then travel to the System32 folder to open CMD so I can run "explorer" which then brings up my desktop and such. But I noticed that when I do that none of my startup programs start until I type in the command. How do I fix the black screen problem?!
btw I my gpu is a 7870 just in case you need to know.
