change your specs a little bit,
* Get a 6300 first of all, 6100 is from bulldozer architecture, and I do not recommend it. However 6300 is from pile driver architecture, which is altogether another world.
* Change your graphic card to an AMD graphic card, since bf4 is an AMD tittle it works better with graphic cards from this vendor, also bf4 enjoys mantle API which is only available for AMD graphics card for that reason get the 7870
with this rig you can play bf4 high/ultra settings, I searched the web for the best bargains and I have come up with
