What are the differences in these motherboards.
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P
I will not be overclocking and i will be using
and fx 3600
1600mhz 8 gig
radeon 7770.

The 990FXA is more of a overclocking multi GPU motherboard, as it has more pcie slots and support a better hyper transport speeds FSB

If you won't be using crossfire or overclocking you'll be fine with the 970, and with that price difference you might be able to get a better ram, cpu cooler, or anything.
