I started to use Avast as my anti-virus software and Malwarebytes as my anti-malware software.Both of them use website firewalls.However, I noticed that I can't properly enter certain sites anymore, since Malwarebytes blocks something from Avast and the script of the certain site is blocked (and it appears all over the place).When I turn off the website protection of Malwarebytes, everything is ok and the site appears properly.My question is, is it ok if I only leave the shields from Avast on while I surf the Internet, or this is not secure enough?Thank you.

My antivirus' firewall interferes with my anti-malware's firewall.

Neither of those are firewalls, both are antivrus/antimalware and you should only have real time scanning enabled for one of them or they will conflict. I recommend leaving avast running full time and only scan with malwarebytes once a month or if you suspect a possible infection.
