Hi

I am planning on building the following PC:

CPU: i7 4770K
Motherboard: Asrock Z87 extreme4
GPU: Sapphire R9 280x Vapor-X
RAM: 8 GB 1600mhz DDR3
Storage: 500 GB HDD (from current build)
PSU: Antec HCG-620M
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31

Can you please confirm if the above set up is all good to go? Just wanted to double check.

Also, will be PSU be capable to overclock the system slightly (on air)? I understand it wont be much but just wanted to get an idea how much (with stock and a custom cooler). Also, I'm not getting a cooler right now as I wont be overclocking immediately.

Appreciate your input.

Solution
It looks verry good. Don't try to overclock with the stock cooler. Is known the 4770k are overheating ( Intel's fault).
Your PSU can keep easy all your system overclocked.

Thanks for the reply! Do you reckon that the PSU will be able to overclock properly in the future if I add an additional SSD and another HDD (obviously with a custom cooler)?

If you have bit more moneu for better PSU. Then this is best buy now.
800w gives you good head room for OC and add one more video card in future.
This PSU is best quality, long warranty and it is really reliable unit.

If you want to save look Gigabyte X-D3H price. That was cheapest OC able mobo. At least it was couple days ago.
Price did jump so look this then.http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz87hd3
For memory this is cheap and faster memory.

CPU cooler.

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have mentioned earlier that I live in Dubai (UAE) so will be limited with the options.

Do you reckon that the above Antec HCG-620M is good for an additional SSD and HDD and a light overclock (both CPU and GPU). I wont be going into extreme overclocking just something light and probably will be sticking to a single GPU in the future.

Please note that I wont be overclocking immediately, but something i will consider in the future (6 - 12 months?), hence no cooler needed for now.

Sure but if OC is maybe or what ever. Better option is buy Intel xeon 1230V3 and cheap mobo. And forget OC.
That cpu is faster than 4670k. And you need to OC 4670k to 4.5GHz or more to get benefit.

Then cpu + mobo combo looks like this.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($244.48 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($88.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $333.46
