I'VE TRIED TO FORMAT IT BUT I CAN'T . I'VE TRIED OTHER POSSIBLE WAYS, BUT I FAILED. I'M VERY NEW TO THESE TYPE OF PROBLEMS . I'M USING WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE . PLEASE REPLY TO MY QUESTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

Solution
Just buy a new pen drive as being being unable to format it means that it's faulty, and a faulty pen drive can't be fixed.

Next time you post to any forum, do not type everything in capital letters. It's considered to be impolite because it's the online equivalent of "shouting". Therefore, such posts will often be ignored by members who do not like being shouted at.

Thank you.

Here's something to try before going out and buying another Flash drive.

Plug the USB Flash Drive in go to:
My Computer
Right click on the Flash drive thats giving the problem click PROPERTIES
When in the properties for that drive click the security tab.
It should have "Everyone" under "Group or user names:"

Click everyone and see what kind of permissions it has. Should show that "Everyone" has "Full Control"(Make sure "Full Control" is checked)

If its not checked theres your problem. Make sure Full Control is checked then click OK to save settings and try formatting it then.

Let me know if this helped thanks.
