I have got this psu from my pc...

http://i43.tinypic.com/6xt7uu.jpg

My sistem is
Intel core i5 3330
8gb ram
1tb hard drive
nvidia gt 630 2gb ddr3

and i want to buy an msi hd 7750 dual fan gpu,but i don't know if my psu supports it..

Otherwise i don't know if r7 250 is better.. my budget is around 90£.

More about : psu supports hd7750

With a consumption max of 43 watts your 300w supply will run the 7750 at a pinch.
The other card will set fire to your power supply.

It should, the 7750 does not use external pci-ex power connectors so it can't use over 75w, although review say it uses 43 w in load. But you may be at the lower limit with that power supply. I would change it with a good at least 450w psu.

The r7 250 requires 20 amps on the 2 volt rails. Your dead cheap psu states 21 amps total, so you could trust it up to about 15. I wouldnt risk a nice i5 rig and would get a better psu asap, as Even with the 7750 you will soon get problems.

since you're already running a gt 630 i'd say the difference to the 7750 is small enough.

Buy the gpu now and then later add some to the money left and buy a better psu.

from the name it looks like your gt630 already draws about the same:
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt...
65W and the 7750 is 75W. if the current config isn't unstable in any way i doubt the 10W are gonna make any difference.

with that said, you could do with a psu upgrade anyway.

Yes, the big question to be ignored at the result of disaster is how long will that psu last running a quad and a
graphics card? I have been caught out with a bang in the past.. I would change it soon ish.

If I were you , I'd buy a decent power supply now, and save up for at least a 7850.

I dont know if this XFX450 is enough for a 7850, but the Quad core seems a bit wasted on a 7750.
I would get a decent powe supply and save for the card ae too. Why buy twice? the 7750 will be almost worthless second hand.

plug something in all your usb ports and that should cover the extra 25W. (2.5W / port) and start a game that stresses your gpu/cpu. if you psu doesnt blow up you're set.

The xfx i posted ..
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/450w-xfx-pro-core-editio...
Will handle cards up to a 7850. If the poster got this first and saved up they could get a much better card.
Blowing the power supply might negate the need for a new card, as they mite not have a pc left at all.
