Corsair Value Select with g41m combo

Hey, I just bought corsair 4gb 1333 ddr3 ram,i am trying to install in my mb Gigabyte g41m combo but it is not start the system,it starts cpu and restart again & again,please help me my pc specs are

Gigabyte g41m combo
intel Dual Core 2.5 ghz
Current Ram : transcend ddr3 2 gb ram
Gpu:Nvidia gt 610
450W Adcom psu

Put back the old stick first. Update bios and install new stick.

Then ram is faulty or not compatible. Use one stick at a time. Try different slots.

i think so that ram is faulty but 1333mhz ram is supported with my mb

Even it says supports 1333, it does not mean you wont get faulty ram. I get them too. Just bring it back and exchange or use another brand.
