Just Purchased GTX 770 OC. Can my PC run it?

Being the PC tech savy guy that I am, I went ahead and ordered a MSI Geforce GTX 770 video card without researching anything about it. Arriving at my house I tried to install the thing but realized my power supply was on the low end (300 watts, no 2-8pin or 2-6pins). I've been researching a little and figure a Corsair 750 TX power supply would suffice (Are there better options for the same or lower price)? However I don't want to jump in head first again and realize there's something else about my PC that wouldn't be able to handle it.

That's my PC. Any concerns about it or is it good enough? Thank you for reading and I appreciate any responses.

Yeah I understand. I thought everything would work out for some reason LOL. I'm glad to see that everything else about my PC seems to be good enough. This is my first time dabbling with the insides and I spent a good few hours yesterday teaching myself about computer parts, mostly by searching through these forums.

For the XFX 750W PRO750W it's lower in price than the Corsair TX series. What's better about it and why is the price tag so different? For the Corsair 500 watts PSU, I thought my GTX 770 OC requires at least a 600 watts. According to the main website: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-770/specifications

So I figure I go 750watts incase I ever decide to OC one day. Or are they blowing smoke?

The plugs on a psu cannot be put into the wrong motherboard sockets, the pins are different shapes.
Your cpu is a bit weedy for that gpu. These amd fans will advise. It will run tho, just not to the cards full
capabilities. A cx 600 is a better buy than the 500, its not much dearer.

So I could recommend the "EVGA SuperNOVA 750g" it is a 750 watt 80 plus gold PSU, You can find it for around 100-110$ and has lots of headroom for overclocking. Regarding you PC it should run a 770 just fine, good luck.

I researched more on the internet and went ahead with the XFX 750 pro. On top of everything it is also quieter than the other brands. I think the Corsair TX 750 looks better visually, but I'm not in this for a beauty contest and I almost forgot that.
