Looking for asus 4th generation supporting mobo

Hi, i have a intel g41 based mobo and a pentium D 830 processor. I guess that will not support the latest call of duty. I'm thinking of buying the p8z77 m pro motherboard and asus gtx 650 ti boost and vengeance 4 gb RAM. Will it support the 4th gen i5?
