which is the better psu of these two models?

I think its time to change my smps to some good quality which my old one is of some cheaper one.I found that seasonic is the best of the psu.so i came to a conclusion on these two models SeaSonic SS-750JS 750W 80 PLUS and seasonic s12 620w which fits my budget.
my rig is
amd 4100 @3.6ghz
asus m5a88m
4gb ddr3
his hd 6790
500gb hdd
lg multidrive dvd
2 cabinet fans of 80mm
dell st2420l monitor

I will upgrade on ram maybe a stick more for the gaming.Please suggest me the best of these two.

SS-750JS is based on older design, not so efficient, slightly higher ripple, but however it's still a very good psu..
Seasonic s12 has a newer design, better efficiency, well..., one of the best double forward PSU..

Both of it is an excellent unit..

But actually, even a 450-500w psu will fits on your need..

well, if i were you, i'll get s12 620...
