It will be enough. But with such components i would get a better psu. A HX or AX series from Corsair. Or a Seasonic PSU. And yeah, the parts are compatible.

even tho a lot of people will disagree with me for saying this, but yes, it should be enough, but it has to be a quality one. personally i would go with 600 or higher just to be safe.

It will sure get into case with no problem. Graphics card is not too long and there is enough slots for 8 HDDs/18 SSD drives. You should be OK with around 500W but I highly reccomend 600W Corsair, any series is good. Some say CX series is not but it is also good. Most important isn't series, it's make (I personaly prefer Corsair) and certificate (80 plus). And you won't need 32gb RAM unless you will play BF4 on ultra and do heavy 3D editing at same time. It's like a waste of money. Try with same RAM sticks you wanted but take 8gbx2 and then add 2 more if you really need to. Also, you will need 650W PSU if you will overclock (low-mild overclock). If you won't overclock at all then you can buy i7 4770 it's same as i7 4770k, only difference is unlocked multiplier. With money you would save on this changes I would also choose at least 1TB HDD 7200rpm SATA3. And it will still save you some money. Hope this helps! Best wishes and good luck with system build!
