Proc: Intel i5 4670k
GPU: Gtx770 (Planning to do 2way SLI) :)
Drives: 5 drives

Thanks In Advance Guys! :)

650W is technically enough, but for some extra overhead for water cooling and the like I would suggest 750W.

Thanks! :)  Buy which is best Seasonic or XFX? Could You Suggest Some Water Coolers That Could Fit In The Prodigy M?

Since Seasonic makes the components in XFX PSU's, they are both of extremely high quality. I recommend getting whichever is cheaper. As for water coolers, Bitfenix' description of the cooling compatibility goes as follows: "Bolt a thin 240mm radiator on top, or perhaps a 120mm radiator on the rear." So I would assume the Corsair H100i would work, H80i, Cooler Master Seidon 120M, etc.

I would assume so, if there is a 120mm mounting point there, and if you have clearance.
