drop the cooler and the paste for now, and get this

your cpu isnt for overclocking anyway, the stock will be fine, you can buy the cooler and the paste later..

From my experience CPUs with stock coolers run about 10-15 degrees hotter. I would consider this buildhttp://pcpartpicker.com/p/2fW8L . IMO you will be getting more value for your money.

Maybe throw in an extra 25 bucks for a http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-h60cw90.... It will do a great job but might be a bit overkill
