Need suggestions for my medium gaming PC build

Solution
From my experience CPUs with stock coolers run about 10-15 degrees hotter. I would consider this buildhttp://pcpartpicker.com/p/2fW8L . IMO you will be getting more value for your money.

if youre not going to overclock your cpu, yes, its better to invest on the gpu first, my suggested one is a big jump from the one you picked, just get a cheaper paste from cooler master or deepcool, im currently using the Deep Cool Z5, works great man, my 955BE idles at 34C and 55C during gaming @3.6gz.

Well as I said I believe the build I showed you gives more value for the same money- better GPU, better PSU and better CPU. Not sure if this is accidental but you posted the build from your first post.
