Yesterday I received my coveted MSI GTX 770 OC. The problem is, this was my first time ever messing around with a computer. After teaching myself the basic ins and outs by scrolling through these forums, I decided on getting a Corsair TX 750 PSU. It's about $108 on amazon. Money isn't an issue, however I'm wondering whether I'm overpaying, or if the cheaper XFX 750W PRO750W XXX for $90 on the ncix website is better.

Also I've been trying to google the answer but I have no idea. What's the difference between Modular, Enthusiast, and TX series? http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Enthusiast-Watt-Bronze-TX750/dp/B004MYFODI/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1386330954&sr=1-1&keywords=Corsair+750+TX

I appreciate any answers.

Edit: My rig is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227468

I would go with the XFX model since it's cheaper. Both the corsair tx and the xfx models are made by Seasonic so they are equally good. Modular means you can remove the cables you don't use = better airflow(less heat) and no cable mess in your case. Enthusiast computing refers to a sub-culture of personal computer users who focus on extremely high-performance computers. Manufacturers of performance-oriented parts typically include an enthusiast model in their offerings. Enthusiast computers (often referred to as a "box", "build", or "rig" by their owners) commonly feature extravagant cases and high-end components, and are sometimes liquid cooled. Both TX and Enthusiast are just names for a series of products by corsair.

Thanks for the info. I like ordering off amazon so I might go for Corsair 750 just for the ease of reliability. I'm youtubing both right now and seeing which one would look better inside my rig
