Okay first off, I'm truly sorry if This is the wrong place to post this topic. I looked around and figured this was my best bet!

I hope this makes sense >.>

Okay I recently restored my computer (fresh install of Windows 7 64bit Home Premium)
My components are as follows;
Intel Core 2 duo 3.0ghz I believe it's the E8400 This has the Antec Cooler on it not stock
4gb OCZ Ram
HD Radeon 7770 Graphics Card
TP-Link wireless card
500GB Seagate HDD
Also a Cooler Master 500w PSU

Okay my computer has recently since the fresh install been crashing. Not consistently though. It's usually when doing something. E.g. Loading a game - Watching Youtube Video - Sometimes whilst Playing a game too.
The game's it has occured on are League of Legends and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon.
Youtube I was watching AngryJoe's reviews.

Now if and when it does crash - it doesn't BSOD - it doesn't reboot it just freezes up. Sometimes I have to turn it off via the power switch. Literally the only hope. Other times I just hold down Ctrl+Alt+Del and within a minute or two top it comes back.

This is the weird thing, window's runs normal after...as if it didn't just have an almighty crash?

Now I'm running a virus scan as we speak. I've done memtest and it's given me the all clear. My cpu temperatures are fine. Graphics card is fine. Both run at around 29 degree's C.
My cpu usually runs around the 30-40 mark.

So I don't know a whole bunch about computers I brought up task manager made sure no anomalies are running in the background also done msconfig to check the start up. All seem's clear.

I was wondering if this could be my PSU? As after looking around apparently Cooler Master PSU are absolute rubbish. The PSU has got to be a good 3/4 years old. In fact the whole computer is minus the Graphics card and CPU cooler.

I'm stumped so I decided to tell you guys, who actually know something about computers!

If any of you have a clue at all. What this could be, I'd really appreciate it! :D
Cheeers :D

The main suspect here would probably be your PSU. Is there any way for you to test your pc with another PSU? I've also seen graphic card drivers lock up PCs. Uninstall the graphics driver and run Driver Sweeper from Safe Mode to clean out old driver files left behind. Look for and remove any AMD DRIVER remnants. Then reboot and re-install the lastest driver.
