First off, heres my rig:
Mobo: BIOSTAR TA970 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
GPU: ZOTAC ZT-70401-10P GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card
Psu:CORSAIR CX series CX600 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
Harddrive: Blue caviar 1 TB
Optical drive: LITE ON DVD burner
Cpu: amd fx 6300 am3+
Memory: Ripjaws ddr3 1600
Case: Fractal design arc midi r2

I usually get 45-60 fps on ultra/high for most modern games... Would i see any improvement from switching to a new gsync monitor? I use a 60hz ips right now... I was pretty sure you could only benefit from gsync if your gpu can dish out some serious fps

Solution
well should work fine if its been tested and works good with it. 760 is a great card and i think gsync could be useful except how much are gonna cost gsync monitors i dunno but might be pricey.

you dont understand the way gsync works.
You dont need very high fps to see the benefits.
Gsync makes low fps look better. So your 45-60 will look much smoother with g-sync display. Thats a main benefit.
