my mouse usually works fine but sometime it goes slow motion for about 5 secs and turns back again then later it will happen again and when i look at my cpu usage it reaches 100% even the i dont open any of my files i tried to restart it and it comes back normal and f i try to open any program it does slows again it is rarely 2 months old by now

Its not the mouse, its the computer when its working hard it slows the whole system down. I suspect your computer is starting to get old. or you have some sort of virus/malware that is causing your computer to do other tasks in the background.

Yes its not the MOUSE. there is some malware program in your system.
When this happens, open the task manager, in 'processes" tab and see which application is using the CPU.
Also try installing an antivirus program like Norton. You can get 30-90 days free trial.
