Network adapter breaks and disconnects sometimes

Sometimes my network adapter just disconnects and doesn't reconnect. If I let the troubleshooter have it's way with it it fixes the problem but sometimes the computer blue screens when the troubleshooter tries to re-enable the adapter. How can I fix this?

@ronintexas I updated my drivers and installed all windows updates, but it just happened to me again.
And when my computer bluescreens, it isn't blue and my pc doesn't shut down afterward. The screen displays the bluescreen text, but the screen is black with coloured stripes. When that goes away the screen becomes a solid color, most of the time red. And it stays like this and it does not shut down.

Bluescreen view doesn't find any files in the minidump folder. I recorded what happens and here it is
