We need to know your PSU. In any case that e5700 will bottlekneck you in most modern games.
My suggestion as long as you have 450w + PSU is the HD 7870, it will play almost all games (including BF4) at ultra.
The issue you will have is CPU and RAM bottleknecks. I'd say it's time for an upgrade

8000, I'm guessing Rupes here.
For that much bit tough to get a card that can handle almost every game, at least on past low settings.
To match your CPU, a 7770 will do pretty good as long as your case and power supply can handle it.
