Questions about GPU and PSU upgrades

So I'm planning on changing my current GPU with the Asus R9 280x one so I can play my games as I like them, with high graphics. But changing that will require more power out of my PSU, so I'm changing that one to a Corsair 750W one.

My question is if the rest of my system will make me able to. I know It's not really much, but I'm kind of a newbie on all this and I need to make sure.

That is my PC, I've got the i7 2600k CPU, 500W PSU and the GTX 560 Ti, not that it matters since I'm changing them. But I also wonder if the GPU and PSU will fit into the PC, I'm kind of in a position where I can't measure the PC very well and as I said, I'm new onto this.

I hope that's all you need to know to help me and I hope to get a good answer from you guys c:

The PSU will fit in the case, but I'm not sure if the graphics card will. The length of the Asus R9 280X is 287mm, so measure inside your case to see if it will fit.

The only way you'll know for sure about the gfx card fit, will be...
1) ask someone with the exact same case and card
2) measure it from the expansion slot cover to the first obstruction you come to.

OEM cases and their assembly methods can be somewhat 'non-standard' sometimes.

Yeah, I guess that will be what I'll do, I'll just have to overcome my laziness first :p
