Sorry for the stupidity of this question, but I have just built my first ever gaming PC and I have the AMD 7990 for the graphics card which is a dual GPU card, although I noticed that only one of the GPUs is being used does this mean its broke or do I just have to install something etc.. If you couldn't tell am new to PCs so try keep the steps simple please and I would really appreciate the help.
